Important: Special items, eg customised, specific orders are non-returnable. See below for guidance.
We want you to be happy with the goods and service that you receive and I provide the following guarantee to all shoppers so that you have peace of mind when ordering any product through the Kimberley Dawn Cushions website.
1. Seven days, from receipt of goods, in which you can cancel your order.
2. There are naturally exceptions to the terms shown above, where for instance products are specially made, so please carefully read and check the details before ordering any item.
3. Please note the exceptions and exeptions below to the standard returns procedure and seven day cancellation period, where the following items are likely to be non-returnable and non-refundable.
a. Personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customised aspect.
b. Homewares that are made up in your own choice of fabric or material.
How to return a product
1. It is essential to please notify Kimberley Dawn Cushions in writing if you wish to cancel your order.
2. You must NOT destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with Kimberley Dawn Cushions.
3. Subject to the terms of this policy, and the Terms and Conditions for Shoppers, Kimberley Dawn Cushions will approve such requests.
4. Please ensure that you agree with Kimberley Dawn Cushions in writing when and how you will return the goods, before the end of the seven day period. If you believe the goods are faulty, then you must explain this at the time.
5. You must return the goods appropriatley packed.
6. The costs of return postage will be at your expense unless otherwise agreed.
7. Please include with the goods your full contact details, a note stating the reason for return and specify any exchange you wish to replace the returned item with.
8. Please obtain and retain proof of postage.
9. Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods, as long as you have followed all of the procedures and time frames above, conditional upon stock availability.
10. Refunds will be made to your credit or debit card only, via the online payment facility.
